All of our products are entirely handcrafted, and many are made to order specifically upon your request. As a result, slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur and are considered a unique characteristic of handmade items, not defects.
Return Policy
We accept returns only for defective and unused products. Our return policy is valid for 5 days; if 5 days have passed since you received your item, we regret that we cannot accept a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging. To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
